In August, MAC Presents: Infant Massage 101, hosted by certified infant massage instructor,
Karen Drelick of Rejuvenations Professional Massage, LLC of Stratham, NH. During this special daytime event, Karen will offer an introductory group session for families and
infants, allowing them to connect with baby in one of the most natural ways possible, massage. Studies have shown gentle touch enhances bonding, communication, relaxation, sleep and physical development with infants. Moms and Dads are welcome to join this group session with their baby; recommended ages for this session, newborns to 3 months.
